Driving safety
Speed/Limit is an advisory tool only. Always obey official road signs and local traffic laws, keep your full attention on driving, and never rely solely on the app. Community-maintained road data can be missing, inaccurate or out of date.
Subscriptions
Premium features may be offered through an auto-renewing subscription. The price, trial, renewal, cancellation and refund terms presented by Apple or Google at checkout apply to your purchase.
Availability and liability
The app is supplied as available and GPS or third-party data may be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Itomic is not responsible for fines, accidents or losses caused by unsafe use or reliance on inaccurate data.
